fps + rythm game = my type of game

This was the first game that I have ever pre-ordered because I believed in Naughty Dogs' ability to put out quality games. That being said, this game is a pile of ♥♥♥♥. I spent 65 dollars on this, and I can't even play it anymore. I've got a 3070 TI, an i9-9900k, and I still can't even launch. I wait for the shaders to load but after they're done the game just crashes when I try to launch it again! Then,

• I uninstall it
  
• I sit through the shaders
  
• I play the game a little bit
  
• the game crashes
  
• I try to launch
  
• game crashes on launch

And the cycle repeats...
I did my best, but the game just doesn't wanna work, so GIVE ME A REFUND!
