Its kinda just mid. This game has good aesthetics and a cool concept but seems to fall short in well... in my opinion every area. The worst portions being inventory management and the base. I did not play this game long however it just scratched no itch nor did it make me feel inclined to learn more and explore the world or even feel care for it. Give it a try since its free currently but I would caution against spending money on this game.

Why should I play this game when Sony treats its already established players so poorly? Stay away from this garbage.

I completed the whole game in about 15 minutes. 3 runs total until I found each collectable. Its a goofy driving freeware game that might not provide much in its short span but its fun and doesnt take up much of your time.

This game is a great rendition of CDI Zelda that is NOT garbage. Its mechanics are simple and easy enough to master, there are a variety of levels and characters to keep the world interesting and good music throughout. I can wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone interested its a lovely game with a lot of clear passion put into it.

This game is mid and mostly just shovelware garbage. If you want something like this thats actually competent then just play Runefactory 3,4,5 really any of them. If you want multiplayer just play any of the other similar games that already exist out there.

4/10 Only play if your so strapped for cash that this is your only option.

Now that I have completed the base game story campaign I feel confident I can review this game. I come from a position where I had played the original House Flipper since version 1.0 and its remarkable how much better the day 1 version of House Flipper 2 is. To keep it short this sequel is a fantastic continuation of the series with graphical and systematic improvements over its predecessor. If you loved the first one you are sure to love this one as well.

Now onto the meat and potatoes if your interested...

So This game in comparison to House Flipper 1 is much more modular and customizable in its design and allows for much much more unique houses. It had progressed and improved over the years in House Flipper 1 but was still limited due to its framework. Being able to destroy any walls, floors, stairs, roofs and create custom plant/pot designs and truly create your own house is something that a lot of us had always wished for with these games. Let me talk about some of the systems in the game and give me overall impressions of them.

Cleaning: Its servicable and overall is more fluid and less frustrating than the first game with more clear outlines for where to clean with the new scanner function with is highly appreciate (although I do wish the map was still there)

Trash: Its more realistic now in that your trash actually fills into a trash bag as opposed to just disappearing into the void. You can also lob trash bags across an entire house to a trash can which was pretty fun.

Painting: The new system of painting where you manually paint each portion of the wall is more interactive and aside from the sometimes nauseating camera angles that you get I enjoy the new method of painting.

Assembly: Assembly is much, much more in depth in this game compared to House Flipper 1 but this has positives and negatives. The positives: Feels more realistic, feels more rewarding; The negatives: Much slower compared to previous assembly system, some might find the system to be too complex for no real reason.

Flipper Tool: Oh man I love the changes to the Flipper Tool. Selling is the same as always but they added perk point upgrades that allow you to duplicate items to avoid redundant menu traversal. A really nice addition was the copy function which allows you to copy any item style or surface finish and copy it to another item which makes matching sets easy. The final and arguable best addition was the designer function which allows you to change any items style of any furniture truly a godsend and makes it so that you can keep the same furniture without having to change to another one because you dislike the color.

Demolition/Building: The system is much quicker than in House Flipper 1 and despite being less satisfying in my opinion provides a much more friendly system considering how much more demolition you do in House Flipper 2 and is a good change overall. Building is a depressing and makes filling in uneven gaps that are anything other than a rectangle kinda awful but it could be worse.

Surface finishing: Its quicker and easier to customize compared to House Flipper 1 with a grid style placing system instead which is much more natural from my playing.

Scanning tool: I really like the scanning tool and it makes it much more clear to my eyes where objects I have missed are.

Overall: This game is the best the House Flipping genre has ever been (not saying much) and if this at all interests you then maybe this was of help to you have fun flipping!
