Men are called cowards more than women because only men have to live up to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ standards of masculinity that demand confidence, boldness and aggression at all times. It's your team that wants to continue imposing those standards, not ours.
It's a little unclear, but I get the sense this incel doesn't actually know what "ghosting" means. Ghosting is ignoring someone with whom you already have a relationship, not "ignor[ing] guys who try to talk to you." Women get loads and loads and loads of online messages from thirsty men. They can't reply to all of them.
