This game is probably the resident evil game that put the series back on track after the overly action heavy resident evil 6, which is still a good game but it lacks the horror element that this game and re2 remake have
the first person perspective and improved resident evil engine allows you to experience resident evil from a new perspective
get the game on sale with dlc's and you have your money's worth

I would recommend this game hands down
