This base building game has some really neat concepts. I love the art style and the tone. It is a real puzzle that keeps giving the player new problems to solve. It is like building an ant colony of scientists.

This game reminded me of playing super nintendo platformers, in a good way. The slow down time mechanic works really well and makes you feel awesome when you pull off cool moves. Story and pace of the game felt like a fun action film.

I would suggest this for anyone who is looking for a short and fun platformer. Great buy if it's on sale!

You gain cards very slowly and there are very few real players to play versus. But there is a lot to do solo, different types of campaigns with interesting challenges. The game gets better as you get more cards and have more deck building options.

The mechanics of the game are very interesting. The rotating cards can make some deeper card play choices, where you balance damage versus unlocking powerful blessings. For a free game, I would recommend to players who like card games and CCGs.

This is an excellent multiplayer game. Great with three or four friends. The enemy types and levels provide different challenges, and many of the weapons have a slightly different feel to them. There is a lot of just straight up cool factor in this game, like calling in airstrikes and climbing into mechs.

I love this game!!!! Theme is awesome. Each mech squad is different and has a different play style. It is a thinky type of game where you stare at the screen for awhile trying to figure out the best tactics. Lots of optimizing play. It also has the best implementation of achievements in a game, where you spend achievement coins unlocking new sguads. The achievements also have the player consider how to play with different tactics.

Only thing that gets a bit samey is the low level of enemy differentiation, but the difficult levels are balanced really well. Easy really is easy (but good for getting some initial achievements), medium is a decent challenge and hard really tests a players skills.

Try this if you like tactical puzzles. It is basically giant mechs fighting monsters chess.

The music, colors and pace express video games as an art form. If you are in the mood for a strange and surreal journey, check out GRIS.

I like roguelikes and I love the progression system of pick 1 out of 3 options. This is that progression as an entire game. At first I wondered if my decisions even mattered, then I died for the first time and realized they do! There is a lot of RNG and it is almost just an idle clicker, but I found I enjoyed my time with this game.

The price is right and its a %100 achievements in approx. 2 hours. If you like space battles, check it out!

Excellent clear the room platformer. Great solo or 2 player. The guns cycle so you need to get good with all of them. More weapons and enemy types unlock as you play, adding to the challenge. Soundtrack is a bit too dubstep. But the graphics are great and the game play is really enjoyable.

If you like Towerfall Ascension or Super Crate Box, you will enjoy this title. Especially if you get it on sale.

This is THE design achievement in minimalist game play. You fall down a well. You stomp some enemies, shoot others. Roguelike progressive (choose a new powerup after every level). Collect gems and spend them at the shop. It is astounding what DOWNWELL does with so few elements.

There is a moment in this game, when you finally figure out how to use your gunboots to position yourself as you fall, and you realize the massive bonuses you get if you get large hit combos and its like SEEING THE MATRIX. The entire game changes. It reminds me of figuring out how to manual in Tony Hawk Pro Skater.

Your brain goes:"Wait, what? Woah.... this game is amazing."

Today I finally got a combo over 100 and it felt damn good. How is this all possible in a game that costs under 5 dollars? If you like classic games, platformers or score attack you probably already have this game, but if for some reason you don't, you do not really have an excuse not to try this game.

Awesome! EA Play is a great deal to play this game. Amazing graphics and a good story for Star Wars fans!
