Easily one of the best video games created of all-time. Modders took the time to craft what they called the "Definitive Edition Project" years prior to Rockstar Games releasing their "Definitive Edition" trilogy. It is what I would consider the penultimate way to experience GTA3, Vice City, and San Andreas.

Unfortunately, the website for the mod collection has been taken down... Fortunately for you, I have the access here for you, through the wayback machine: Click here![web.archive.org]

Not every link works, but there's more than one on each of the games that are operational. I will not go into full detail, so as to keep them operational as long as possible!

You cannot trust the mass reviews of any racing game on Steam. I did, and it led me to buying EA Sports WRC. Because everyone was saying how improved the driving physics were over DiRT Rally 2.0. I refunded the game within 10 minutes of playing because of how wildly inaccurate that was.

The negative reviews I see for this game almost all certainly point to the very basic career mode... its a racing sim... If you want a gripping story, I suggest you look elsewhere. This game provides exactly what its supposed to as a Forza Motorsport title. Even the change in how upgrades work is refreshing.

Whoever says the handling in this game is an improvement from DR2 is lying to themselves. I played for less than 5 minutes before requesting a refund. This game is not worth your time whatsoever.

For a game touted as next-gen, built from the ground up, blah blah blah... there's absolutely no excuse for loading between interior and exterior environments like its 2002. This is all you need to look at to determine that the rest of the game is as lifeless and soulless as everyone else has already highlighted.

This game surpassed every expectation I had of it. At every turn, I was amazed by the sights and sounds of the world of Stray. You are thrown in with little to no explanation of where you are, or where you're going. You really do become a stray wandering the ruins of a beautiful, dystopian, cyberpunk world. I was wholly immersed and shocked at what is undoubtedly the game of the year for 2022.

The Quarry was good fun for one playthrough. However, this is a major shortcoming for Supermassive.

With titles like Until Dawn, and The Dark Pictures Anthology, under their belt... The Quarry was decently enjoyable -yet I cannot recommend this game for full price. It leans into a comedic/cheese role which is perfectly fitting. Yet dialogue is unnatural, and choices seem to not matter anywhere near as much as they have in previous games by Supermassive.

There were no real reasons for choosing one thing over the other, as the game would hardly change in most scenarios. I've found myself revisiting Until Dawn after playing this, and probably won't return to The Quarry. This is exactly why I cannot recommend this game. For a game sold under "choices matter," they really didn't change much in the overarching story.

Replaying the last chapter, and watching the entire game through again on movie mode, I saw very little difference. Let's not forget that there are no longer relationship stats and personality traits.

The Quarry is a dumbed down gorefest, with very little gore.

The cross-play with PS4, and it being free with PS Plus for Sep. 2021, makes finding matches fairly quick... if you're looking to be part of the fireteam.

If you queue as the predator in the "Hunt" game mode, it could take anywhere from 3 to 5 minutes. There is another game mode called "Clash" which is also just as fun - but drastically different in dynamics.

Take IllFonic's previous asymmetrical horror title - Friday the 13th: The Game, and balance it. Take 7 counselors and trade them in for 4 hardened spec ops soldiers. The Yautja is not as all-powerful as Jason Vorhees is to the high school camp counselors.

You will hide in treetops, and pick off soldiers one by one more often than you will rush into a group of them. You can die as the Predator. It is not uncommon, if you are not careful.

For any fan of the series, this is a game you should definitely play.
