i might be wrong... but i would test that your throttle output is at 100% when fully depressed. it looked like perhaps it isnt calibrated properly and you're not getting 100% throttle, even when you are pressing the pedal/button/trigger fully. this is a common issue when first setting up a wheel, in particular.
i maybe completely wrong... i only mention because i was at 80% throttle on some straights and i was pulling away?
