My recommendation is between the yes and no. I feel alright that i bought it because it was inexpensive and i don't mind supporting gaming. I don't find it compelling though. Usually when i buy a new city building game i can't stay away from it and play it all night and sometimes many all nights. With this game i can stop playing pretty easy. i kind of compare it to Tropico. which i easily play all night when it was new to me., Hence, i wish it was set up more like that.
