CA Sofia has done an amazing job with A Total War Saga: Troy. The game and all of its DLCs are quality content. Mind you, all DLCs except for this scam called Blood & Glory, CA needs to stop artificially increasing the price of the game by stripping out the blood DLC.

A Total War Saga: Troy has been a controversial TW game: it is a smaller scope Saga game, it was released exclusively on Epic Games Store, and the Truth Behind the Myth mode was neither a historical nor a mythological game mode. The Historical and Mythos modes solved the latter issue, but you can sometimes notice that the game wasn't initially developed with these modes in mind, so they are a bit lacking.

Nonetheless, Total War Troy has become one of my favourite TW games. Actually, it is my most played TW game with over 400 hours recorded! If you love Greek mythology like myself, you will have a blast reliving the adventures of the characters of the Epic Cycle. While it is true that vanilla factions have limited replayability due to vanilla factions playing similarly, DLC factions and the custom Homeric victory questlines made me play all factions in the game and complete all achievements! Moreover, the multiple-resource economy is one of the best mechanics of the TW franchise. Finally, unlike any other TW game, alliances work surprisingly well in the game: your allies won't betray you if you remain loyal to them, and you can coordinate them to help you destroy the enemy alliance!

In conclusion, I believe that Total War Troy and its DLCs are all worth their value (except for the blood DLC, which is a scam). I recommend playing on Mythos mode with mods, Heroes of Troy and Gods of Olympus are awesome if you want to have all the characters and gods from the Epic Cycle in the game.

Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey is a survival game where you will lead your clan to the top of the food chain. In this game you will start playing as the Missing Links and slowly evolve through different hominid species. The game is overwhelming at first, but it becomes very enjoyable once you learn how to cover your basic needs and how to fight predators. I thought that the game would become repetitive after a few generation leaps, but the evolution system is designed in such a way that your tribe will make basic activities faster, so you may focus on developing your new skills and exploring new areas. For instance, as you develop your motricity skill you will walk faster and consume less energy while doing so.

In summary, Ancestors has become one of my favourite games and I strongly recommed you to play this game. I hope that some day it receives a sequel where we play as the ♥♥♥♥ genus, master the stone crafting and the control of fire.

Una experiencia pirata muy divertida. ¡Las risas están aseguradas! Los principales objetivos del juego son completar todas las Tall Tales (misiones) y subir la reputación de las compañías comerciales para convertirte en Leyenda Pirata. Otras posibles actividades incluyen completar elogios, logros o hacer batallas PvP. De todos modos, Sea of Thieves es un sandbox donde da igual lo que hagas.

El estilo artístico del juego es muy atractivo, además la personalización de tu personaje y tus barcos cuenta con muchas opciones. Si eres nuevo en el juego puedes buscar una tripulación aleatoria e ir agregar a tu lista de amigos a otros piratas que quieran hacer las mismas actividades que tú.

Todos los objetos del juego son cosméticos, ninguno altera tus estadísticas, así que todos los jugadores luchan en igualdad de condiciones. La mayoría de los objetos pueden comprarse asequiblemente con oro o doblones que se obtienen jugando al juego, mientras que ciertos objetos premium solo pueden comprarse con dinero real. En general, me parece un modelo de monetización aceptable.

If you enjoyed the base game I recommend you to play this expansion. Eternal Embers adds around 20 playing hours spanning a main questline and 15 sidequests. The DLC is mainly set in the East (China), but some quests are set in Egypt. The scenery is gorgeous and it has the most detailed cities in the game by far, it is worth exploring them to appreciate the work put by the developers. The main downside of the DLC is that it is limited to Legendary difficulty, if you are an experienced player with stored gear you can create a Legendary hero to access the DLC directly, but if you are a new player like myself you will have to play through the main game 3 times to unlock the DLC. This is probably the main reason why the DLC has mixed reviews as of 2023.

¡Juego estupendo si te gusta la mitología! El juego abarca Grecia, Egipto, Oriente (desde Babilonia hasta China) y el inframundo. Si Tienes los DLCs, a estas localizaciones se les añade Iberia, la Atlántida, Galia, Escandinavia, Asgard y el Este (China). En los diferentes mapas te enfrentas a criaturas muy variadas de las mitologías más importantes del mundo. Como puntos negativos, la narrativa del juego es bastante floja, y es difícil aprender las mecánicas del juego, pero por lo demás es un juego muy recomendable con muchas horas de juego.

Más Outer Wilds, ¡diversión asegurada! Una experiencia más condensada que el juego original pero mantiene la calidad de los puzles y la exploración. Duración aproximada 10 horas.

Outer Wilds no es el típico juego de exploración espacial. En este juego tendrás que viajar a distintos planetas de un sistema solar y resolver puzles para obtener el conocimiento necesario para progresar. A pesar de no tener un objetivo claro, el juego es muy intuitivo y apenas necesitarás utilizar una guía para progresar. El juego tiene su propia esencia, algo poco usual en los juegos modernos. Si te interesan los juegos de puzles y resolver misterios, recomiendo que compres este juego.

Definitely not worth the money. The DLC is full of bugs that have been present since release and the Chinese faction breaks the game balance. On the positive side, the Chinese campaign is quite interesting to play, although it is not as good as the main campaign. I would only buy this DLC on sale and if you are mainly going to play it in single player.
