Early Access Review
Never though that getting a bullet through your head might be this fun.

To be serious though this game is well made. You need to mix your luck with deceipt and that can be quite fun and stresfull at times. All around solid game to play with friends.

For such a short experience, this game is REALLY fun. The mechanics are well thought out and fun to use, the movement is fluent and with that all combined it makes for an engaging experience. It terms of the story, even though it's short and ends abruptly, the pacing of it is just perfect. Even though the animations were scarce I enjoyed seeing the little skull lady and her exagurated expressions.

I'm not sure if Unlimited Fries wants to do something more with this title, but I strongly recommend them to, giving how much effort went into this.

A metroidvania (you search around for stuff and come back to unlock stuff with the new found stuff to find new stuff) spelunky (you dig around for ore) game. If you like games that you can finish fast for the story or you slowly chew on it bit by bit to enjoy as much aspects of the game as possible or just get really close to collecting almost all of the collectables, but then get bored you say f it and finish the story? Then this might be the right call. The pacing of the game is yours to choose and the game knows how to make you go venture into the unexplored depths alone without the necessary upgrades and when you reach an end point and you don't know what to do the game swoops in makes you work for the thing you need and not only do you get what you need to progress, but also a sense of accomplishment, because puzzles in this game are really well thought out and they make you think like you didn't let the game do it for you, but you did it yourself, which makes you proud of yourself and that gives you the motivation to continue onwards instead of quitting the next day you play this game. And if you do a search and think right you will come across these cogs, which upgrades your obtained arsenal even further and make the game more fun and engaging. Or harder depends how you like to play. I don't really have any complaints against this game. The puzzles were well thought out, the story was engaging and the gameplay overall pretty solid. It always felt like your actions mattered more than the games. When something falls from the ceiling you're the one who should have seen it no one else. The games structure (caves, design, secrets etc.) is a nice change from what i usually play and it was a fresh and interesting take on the spelunky game genres. Really recommend if you are looking for a puzzle solving, mining, metroidvania that has nice world building and a lot of thought put into it.

To say i enjoyed this game would be an understatement. When i started playing it the style immediately caught my eye. The opening scene was unexpected and when it turned into a refresing childish look I got a feeling i knew what this game is going to turn into a generic puzzle solving chore with a sparkle of a story. But damn was i wrong. The story feels like a pay off to the puzzles, and that salary isn't just to barely last a month, but to afford a whole vacation. When i was getting to the end the puzzles got really hard, but when i finished them i got a such a powerful sense like i actually solved a puzzle by my thinking and not by random luck. And the soundtrack got me by surprise as well. I like how some instruments lying around in the game produce music by getting close to them in the game and then slowly getting quieter as you go further away. Or the singing sections were a little moving sometimes especially the end. This game was a way to doze off, but still work my brain, which not many games do as right as this. Yea there was frustaration, but besides that i really liked this. I liked the music. The creativity. And how children and adults can enjoy this and they did this by not only providing interesting child like themes, but they also wrote a story that gives you a sense of comfort when listen. If you're feeling like ♥♥♥♥ or just generally feel like everyday is the same then this game might just break the cycle and even though not for forever, it will stay with you for some time. And you might come back to experience this once more. Anyway... i think it's time to put the kettle off. You can come in or wait a little longer or maybe not come in at all. But the tea is best served hot.

It is simple, good lookin', but most importently. If you're playing this for more than 10 minutes it can get quite addicting. It gives me a nostalgic feeling. You know the one. The Ol' flash games type of vibe. But there are it's cons too. If you finish the first stage it gets significantly harder than it should be. There should be more enemies, balance, characters since there are only 3 and in my opinion most importently. More type of rafts and materials which if they ARE going to put it in, they should add a mode where it's tottaly random weapons, tottaly random blueprints for different kinds of rafts like, idk... fortified rafts, spiked rafts and stuff like that. I'm not sure if developers are going to work on this more, but i'll be GLAD if they did, because if they did, the word may get more arround and there would tottaly be more people playing this game. And OH Boy it would be a great... well... "Stress Relief" game. If they are going to decide to make it like that. Besides that it's really just another game that you could litterly put on your phone. They should try to put it on there. With small adjustments of course. So yeah! Pretty recommend it.
