Yo king about your recent post on the forever winter, close to 90 hours in and i get how you feel entirely. However some of the things you said were false, not everything 1 shots you, i've never encounter'd enemies spawning on me but i do know it happens in 1 place that isn't there spawn point, however i can tell the games not for you if you think all extractions are timed and spawn enemies. each extraction has a icon and 1 will have a timer if you didn't spawn there, there's a few enemies that can't be killed but all are avoidable easily except the grabber hunter which is currently bugged making it unkillable.
