Just use only official things and everything will be good
INSTEAD: Look at their badges and look for the VALVe Badge. This will indicate they are indeed a member of Valve/Steam. But because Steam/Valve staff NEVER add you, anyone claiming to be an admin will pretty much be a scammer, and will never have the VALVe Badge to begin with. An example of having a VALVe badge is with Robin Walker's profile (if it isn't private). You will see a VALVe Badge in his collection. That shows they are apart of Valve.
