Not sure actually. Thats a good question. I imagine since it tells you when a game is in your library or if you need a base game to play a dlc, maybe it'll tell you when you go to purchase it?

i don't have ESO currently installed, i have independent version of ESO, site version that doesn't require beth launcher and also doesn't require steam, but if i install it and connect it to steam can use steam to buy DLC'S and crown to it?

same with Witcher until i got new rig (for new previous rig) and got steam and bought all 3 witcher games, played 1 and 2 free games before all that

I haven't gotten to play Fallout 4 yet, either. I don't think I ever beat the first two; maybe I oughta give that a try. Do you ever play multiplayer games?
