Excellent Storytelling and world building, across the base game and the DLC. The game helps solidify many of the ideas and themes found in the tabletop game, while also feeling unconstrained by too much legacy. Gameplay is great, especially if you take the time to experiment, and this was true before update 2.0, as well (RIP Revolver silencers). As you could have guessed, the 2.0 update significantly improved the game in nearly every way. Say what you will about game developers releasing unfinished games, but as of now, Cyberpunk 2077 is fantastic. I personally don't have too much time to lay lots of hours into a game anymore, but damn if this game doesn't leave you wanting more after every mission completion or story beat. Also, incredibly based getting Paul-Leonard Morgan from the Dredd movie to produce some of the soundtrack.
