When the comic starts you see Garfield, if your a familiar with the Garfield comics this shouldn’t be an irregular sight. Now he appears to be sitting on what seems to be a kitchen bench. A usual and familiar sight. Next to Garfield is the text “WOW” coming from a character who is off screen. This grabs the readers attention as they wonder who is saying this and what exactly is so amazing. At first this might lead the reader to think that the person who is saying this is amazed by Garfield perhaps even a fan of his, Garfield is seemingly not that concerned or even caring at this point.
