Just came back after a long break. Last I played was when they newly released the Black Armory installment.
I'd say there's a lot more content now, and despite the money-sucking scheme that is a Season Pass, I'd still play it.
There's only a slight grind to catch up to the current soft cap of power level, and if you're willing to buy the Shadowkeep expansion, then it won't feel like much.

To the new players though, a word of warning, this game is very grindy and repetitive. But if that's your playstyle, then this is the game for you. If you and a bunch of friends are looking for a free game to play, then this is your answer. Even the base free game itself offers a lot of content and lore, and the endgame requires you to have team members, so if you already have friends, that's a plus.

Edit: Beyond Light is broken. Get that ♥♥♥♥ now.

Loved this game! It encompasses all aspects of older Darksiders titles and combines it with new concepts to make a fun-filled, gamer satisfaction guaranteed game. 10/10 would recommend!
