CAPCOM needs to stop and reconsider adding DRM to their older game products. DRM in rise as a response to a bad actor is unacceptable and this review will be changed to a positive one when CAPCOM gets their ducks in order.

A solid CRPG.

Fair warning, the turn based mode comes with a few bugs, but none are game-breaking or significantly affect game play beyond momentary confusion the first time you run into them.

Pros:
Great gameplay; very fluid motion and satisfying to master
Interesting world and lore
Good mission variety
Loads of different playstyles
Cons:
G R I N D Y as all hell, but can still be enjoyable
No disrespect, but the dev team seems to barely listen to the community at all. They put on an alright show with the weekly devstreams, but check their track record and they have failed to deliver content as promised.

Absolver was a game of ultimate potential. The game almost made it, even having popular youtubers doing gameplay...but then it all just stopped. Eventually the devs sunset the dang thing and now there's just a couple of us still here.
Please for the love of god make this open-source.
