The game at launch was great, had some bugs and its server problems but they got fixed mostly and it was a playable game great with friends, and the higher difficulties were challenging but enjoyable.

The problem is they keep nerfing items that are used by most players instead of buffing unused weapons to make an even playing field, at this point most primary weapons feel useless and even the bigger stuff doesn't feel strong (for most items).

The other problem is that the performance on some planets is pretty bad, drops to 30fps out of nowhere when some weather effects start, and some planets with heavier foliage are pretty laggy.

The core game is good but until an actual balance is brought to the game it will remain at negative and wont be a game i return to playing.

The game is very enjoyable and a great time killer if played solo.

If you want to play Multiplayer, it causes a lot of de-syncs and game bricking bugs. The only choices of simultaneous or classic turns mean you either get a load of lag and disconnects or a very slow game.

Would be a recommend if the multiplayer was in a better state, hybrid turns where players act first would help fix a lot of issues.
