Always looking for the opportunity to negotiate and often successful in getting a good deal. But sometimes Ba$H fails to press home the advantage, and doesn't get the best deal possible. They will only grudgingly perform tasks that are outside the job description or which require extra work. However, these additional tasks are usually carried out successfully. Generally polite, courteous and respectful, though may sometimes lose a little control when confronted with a difficult person or situation. Or perhaps sometimes seems over-polite. Always assured and confident in demeanour and presentation of ideas without being aggressively over-confident.
