1. Always try to have lukewarm water

- Drinking water in small sips allows the body to process the nutrients and minerals well. It also makes it easier for our kidneys to process all the fluids.
4. Start your day with a glass of boiled water
- Drink warm water in the morning as it helps flush out the toxins that have accumulated overnight and cleanses your digestive tract to get you ready for the day!
5. Avoid water while eating
- Ayurveda strongly recommends that one should not drink water with their meals.
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken thighs, or any other chicken part
salt and pepper, to taste
4 cups cooking oil, or as needed
Breading Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cornstarch
½ tbsp five-spice powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
Instructions:
season chicken thighs with with salt and pepper. Marinate for 30 to 60 minutes.
In a bowl, add-in the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, five-spice powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix until evenly incorporated. Fully coat the chicken thighs with the flour mixture, and then add into the cooking pot. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Avoid overcrowding the pot.
Transfer to a serving plate or serving tray and dry excess oil with paper towels. Serve and enjoy!
