Absolutely worth your time and money.

Classic RCT game you need if you're in these Atari/Frontier tycoons. I've played this game for hundreds of hours on CD in my childhood. Bought it on Steam to be sure I will never lose this masterpiece!

If you like explosions, get it.

Got it for free with the Far Cry 5 season pass. Probably the best Far Cry ever made. Really liked it.

Adventurous to play with your friends! You can explore different planets which have their own characteristics and you got to deal with that. I like that. (Review from back in 2018)

But... now in 2022, there haven't been really good changes since 2018. Why then? After completing the game a few times, there aren't any new challenges to compete with. You just do the same thing over and over again. Here are some points that, in my opinion, need to be added to make the game a lot better:

1. The developers should first reintroduce the weater-system which was a good thing in the early stages of the game. It gave more survival feelings which are sometimes lost while playing. Reasons for the removal were that it was 'annoying' and that it didn't work as they wanted. Sad, because they could have made an option to disable it for the players that found it stupid and if it was buggy, they should have fixed it. I hope it will be stormy again in the future! :)

2. More difference in planets would make it worth to visit them all: some planets are a one-time visit because there is nothing to do other than looking for one resource.

3. Cosmetics are fun, but not really a gamechanger. Focus on the real game related content.


Even with these critical points, you'll not regret with this purchase. I still think that some of my points will be released in the future, but the question is when. Anyway, it's a great game that must be played at least once. It's even more fun if you have friends to play with! Go for it. :)

This game does basically what SimCity (2013) didn't do which is why it's much better. So if you like the SimCity series, you will love this game.

There are some DLC's which you want to have before playing the game, like Green Cities, Mass Transit and Industries. The other DLC are fun, but not real game changers. Warning: the more DLC you buy, the worse the performance gets!

The problem with this game is that the performance gets really bad when having a bigger city, even when your not having any DLC. This game needs a decent CPU to run well in big cities, so don't be surprised when a old one can't handle it well :)

Just get the game when it's on sale and you won't regret your purchase.
