2019年年初手机声卡坏了送修，我网吧解绑手机令牌打CS:GO被司马仔盗号拿去开挂，考试周后上号就发现号被封了。
我给客服写小作文，还提供异地登陆证明我没开挂，但蓝洞就是不解封。


Jan,2019 the soundcard of my phone went wrong and I posted it off for repair.
Then I went to a net bar,cancelled the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator to play CS:GO.
Two weeks later as I finishied all my exams I found my account get a game ban for PUBG cheating.
I provided the records that proved someone else hacked my account and it was not me who cheated while playing PUBG,which can definitly prove my innosence.
But BULEHOLE just refused to cancelled the game ban.
And that's why I've got a game ban.
