an adorable and worthy addition to the stardew-esque farming sims

House Flipper is exactly what it looks like. If you enjoy just the satisfaction of mindless games to zone out and vibe, this game is it. The perk tree is actually helpful, unlike a lot of other simulation games, the DLC's add a lot of extra entities to play around with and the overall feel of the game is very relaxing. If you don't like these kinds of games, you won't enjoy this. But if you do, this is 100% one of the best simulation games out there and completely worth picking up. Gameplay/mission loop is simple and quick, do a couple small jobs, earn some perk points and cash, and then go work on a full house. Rinse and repeat. This game is simple, and what it does well, it does very well. Again, I have to reiterate. This is a slow and simple game, but its meant to be that. Don't expect things from it and you'll enjoy it way more. Just vibe, relax and enjoy scrubbing dirt off the floor for a few hours.

this game is very fun, even though the concept itself can get a bit stale, my friends and I will play 2-3 games every night and still enjoy ourselves. Definitely worth the price tag, and definitely something I hope continues to grow!

great game if the playerbase was bigger. I reccomend waiting for "the big picture" to be released as that will hopefully fix a lot of the things stopping this from going from great game to amazing game. all in all fun, the community is pretty great, very few toxic people and the gameplay is simple to understand, just takes some time to get better against the vets with 1500+ hrs
