What makes people play in other regions, when they don´t even speak the language and-or aren´t from there? US East in 2010, was 95% english speakers. Now In a region with only one laguage it´s rare to find 4 people in a game that will communicate in english. Plz explain... I am not xenophobic, but I just don´t understand why you want to play with a bad ping and people who can´t understand you in a team game...
