Alright, so. I read your previous comments that you have. You obviously should take some note of them as you cannot just constantly shout and get mad if your teammates don't do everything perfectly. It's not realistic to assume that any of your games are going to go absolutely perfectly with your teammates. Allow people to do mistakes and don't start berating them just because something didn't go as planned. I asked you if you wanted to win and you said "yes, but this teammate didn't listen and do x and y and therefore..." FULL STOP. You're not gonna get anything done as a team if you let your emotions get the better of you. Focus on improving your mental game and your games will also get better. On top of that you'll enjoy the games you play more. Cut the backseat gaming and you're golden.
