The game is very fun and well designed, I'd describe it as a mixture of ghost recon and tarkov with the more ghost recon like game play and tarkov style questing. There nothing to loot, or craft yet and basically all income is driven through quests so there's really no looting aspect to the game yet outside of provisions while in the field.
As for the cons there are a few that don't particularly matter due to the game being in it's early access stage.
The performance leaves much to be desired even with a top end pc. I couldn't imagine playing the game with anything below a 3080. I have a 6950 xt and to get reasonable fps at 1440p (>60) you have to use some for of super resolution or frame gen which I feel are harsh compromises due to my being sensitive to those things. Also, I do not like how the anti aliasing in the game looks, it's too sharp and shimmery.
The stability of the game was acceptable for me, I had 1 random crash in 25 hours and though the servers did have occasional slow downs, nothing that I found egregious in any way.
The devs seem to know about all the problems that do need to be addressed asap and I think they'll fix it quickly. Very good game, If you have a good pc I'd recommend it with glowing praise. (You need 24+GB of memory and an 8gb vram gpu or else the game won't run properly at all - we tested this, a 6650 xt and 16gb of ram were memory limited and it was quite unplayable at 1080p low imo)

4th time buying and 1000+ hours... still find plenty of fun things to do. Plus tons of awesome mods.

I was told this game was free so I picked it up turns out it is a great game. I don't like how they made the dlcs into 1 pakage right before they gave everyone the game but the game is very playable without it. I've been playing this game a ton and it's been a ton of fun but please look up the basics before you go in and play.
