When ideas are challenged by others, TinypigVsGaming listens to their view politely, but is able to maintain a position firmly and persuasively without aggression. Performs to an adequate standard but is not yet achieving excellence in any area. TinypigVsGaming generally checks work to make sure it has been done properly. Usually eager to work, but on one or two occasions has been less than willing to tackle an assignment within the range of competence, or reluctant to learn something new. TinypigVsGaming responds well when put under pressure – and accepts that pressure is a regular part of the job.
