The straw that broke the camel's back.
This is less of a review and more of a message to Crytek but that doesn't make it any less valid. I absolutely love Hunt Showdown, it's the only game I actually consistently play these days. I only have about a thousand hours into the game but it quite literally was one of my core hobbies. There's been a lot of changes over the years that I've really disagreed with but ultimately I can cope with any change to the meta or game play or whatnot because that's part of how a game evolves, and at the end of the day I can always play it even if it's different. BUT YOU CAN’T CHANGE HOW I ACCESS THE GAME! I am not going to tolerate that, this new UI is so bad I would genuinely report it to the ADA if it was relevant. I don't know why you insist upon making the console and PC branch of the game identical but it used to be perfect. I went to school for graphic design. If you were my classmate I would laugh at this. I'm also having some graphic and lag issues now which I never had before. I don't want you to fix the new UI, I want to make it very clear that I'm not even going to consider re-downloading the game until this update has been rolled back. And if you think I'm ever going to spend money on this game ever again you're delusional. (I might consider buying DLC if you tore that disgusting aperture sight off the Nitro and made the Schofield good again)

Hunt was one of the best cowboy games on the market and it had a really cool otherworldly twist now it's a shell of its former self, the kind of game I would give three stars on some sort of mobile Play Store.
I do have to thank you however. Thank you for finally freeing me from the clutches of Windows. I can switch to Linux now.
