Ingredientes:
1 kg de farinha
750 gr de Batatas doces
25 gr de Fermento de padeiro
1 pitada de Sal
Água
Preparação
Descasque as batatas, leve a cozer em água e reduza-as a puré.
Desfaça o fermento num pouco de água (150 ml +-) e adicione também o sal.
Coloque a farinha numa superfície limpa, abra um buraco no meio e coloque a batata doce e o fermento. Deixe a massa fermentar durante 2 a 3 horas.
Divida a massa em pequenas porções e espalme-as (numa superfície polvilhada com farinha). de seguida coza o bolo de caco numa chapa bem quente, de ambos os lados.
