Performance is good in my opinion despite many saying it's not. Hitting 60fps most of the time, but my city is not very large yet so that might change.
(Running on 3080 and i7 10700f).

Tuning graphic settings individually, (most to low some to medium) has given me the best results, double fps with barely noticable change in looks from max graphics. Don't turn "overall graphics" to low, then it becomes blurry mess.

There is alot of bugs though that annoy me and you should be aware that that's the case. For example my graphics settings reset every time I start the game. I hope they get resolved soon or else my screen might break but I recommend the game nevertheless.
