So i bought this game and wanted to support the developers.
I still do the game could become something which it isnt yet.

Here are my problems with this game:

So the beginning is really nice you learn the mechanics the people (ingame) and all is well until you realise there is really nothing to do in this game exept for 5 missions 1. kill the dreadnough 2. get minerals 3. get the eggs 4. get the crystals which is really the same as the eggs just a different colour and then you have the mule exavate mission.
Sure there are missions to do and get new guns but is rn only 1 different gun aviliable for each slot and the missions to do them is just a mix of the 5 named above.

Next Problem for me is the giant gap that opens up after 8 hours in. You have your character that you want to play and like you have the weapons and now your level 14- 16 and you need to get to level 25 to get the promotion to do deepdives (which is also just a harder remix of the 5 missions). To get that level to get the promotion can take hours just grinding the 5 mission you just did for the last 8 hours again and again.

Next problem what do you do after promoting? Again you are just left to grind the same 5 missions just to get the overclocks (which are weaponmods) , cosmetics or the skillpoints to have certain perks.
But all this grind is so not worth it, it changes so little about the game how you play it you could just skip it and it really wouldnt matters or at least it feels like this.

I want this game to succeed and not just become a grind game with barly story behind it because that what it feels like rn. Sure you might say the community makes up for it and sure they are nice and will help new player (they call them greenbeards) but the lack of diverse gameplay really just made me quit.

EDIT: the changes have been adressed and the game has significantly improved. my only complain is that the overclock grind is too random.
