✪ GENERAL PAPOYA always gets on with the job after being given clear parameters. Generally able to come up with they own ideas when help is not available, but may be still lacking the self-confidence to trust own judgment. Aiming for a top job in the organization. They set very high standards, aware that this will bring attention and promotion. In the face of setbacks or adversity will wait to see how others respond before continuing. Will continue to pursue the objective as long as others lead the way. but will give up otherwise. Works willingly in a team and tolerant of others, no matter what their strengths and weaknesses. But tends to rely mostly on the contributions of others, and makes only a limited contribution.
