Not properly acknowledging, nor combating, depression in an effective way isn't solving the depression, exercise helps but it doesn't solve the underlying psychological issues. Working on this problem so I don't allow my mood swings or poor mood affect others. Psychotic depression is a ♥♥♥♥♥.

I act pretty Stoic mostly because of how my case of autism manifests; that's not the result of the depression. Though, there's certain aspects of my manifestations that fit more in line with autistic woman than men (I'm male), which is why it took a decade to receive a formal diagnosis. I don't fit in with gender norms; that's the main contributing factor into the late diagnosis; I was previously misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder and ADHD.

I've had this Steam profile long before the house eviction we had in 2018, and I got serious trauma from that house so I'm doing my based to reframe those thoughts, so Steam isn't associated with being in that old house.
