this dlc adds a number of new women to consort with at brothels and taverns. I paid for each woman's services multiple times in order to get the full experience, would recommend highly to anyone and everyone

I like when they do the sex

edit: i've visited every brothel in the game and had relations with each lady at least twice on two separate occasions to get the full experience.
