Honestly one of the top games off all time.

A little short but the game is super fun and the second set of maps really makes you think. I'd say it's worth the price and you should play it now but I can't say I wouldn't love more content.

Simple on the surface, tons of fun to play and a surprising amount of content. Well worth the money.

While this game is far from fully developed, it's already off to a great start. It only has online 1v1, but it's pretty well fleshed out already. The controls are intuitive, the combat is strategic, the economic decisions are important but don't demand your focus. I think this is already worth picking up, even without any PvE.

This was a good ol game when it came out ages ago and it's still quite good. Don't think there's anything out there since that delivers the same vibe.

The game would be better marketed as an idle game than a strategy game. You set up your building as much as it has room for, wait awhile, send some fighters to a place, do it again, over and over. Most of time is just spend waiting. The campaign tries to put in pressure but that pressure is just to produce x in y time which is... more waiting. Neat.
