The game is very good, and I'm saying this as someone who has played it for about 145 hours in a month. The game is available not only on Steam but also on Google Play. As you might appreciate, many of the players on Google Play are not even adults. From my observations, there are a lot of children playing the game. I never thought that the support team and their responses could be so unacceptable. Despite sending 5 or 6 screenshots with evidence to the support team, their decision regarding a player who acted racist and cursed at me repeatedly was to simply ban the player and change servers. At first, I thought the person I was talking to was either a low-ranking staff member or a novice. They closed my ticket without giving a clear defense. I opened a new ticket and requested that another review be conducted and that the closed ticket be re-evaluated. I couldn’t believe it when I received the same response again, so I reported it to the highest-level admin I could find on the game's Discord server. They reviewed it and came back to check, but the decision was still to support the person who had previously spoken to me. The screenshots I provided showed evidence of my family being subjected to disgusting insults and, as if that wasn’t enough, racist slurs. Even though game rules state otherwise, they condone such vile actions to avoid losing players, and I will never forgive them for that. I do not recommend playing this game, especially for your children, where racism and bullying are tolerated. I don't think a game that allows violations of ethical rules to go unpunished will be around on these platforms for very long.
