COMPONENTS

1 cup of flour
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
3/4 cup water (preferably carbonated)
pinch of salt
3 tablespoons butter or vegetable oil
PREPARATION
Pour the flour into a bowl, add eggs, milk, water and salt. Mix on smooth cake. Add melted butter or vegetable oil and mix together (or use fat to spread the pan before frying each pancake).
Fry pancakes on a well-cooked pan with a thin bottom such as pancake. Turn over to the other side when the bottom of the pancake will be nicely browned and cut.
TIPS
You can add 1 teaspoon of sugar to the dessert pancakes.
