everyone THAT IS HAVING LAG IN MENU JUST REINSTALL THE GAME/REBOOT YOUR PC
it works now perfectly for me. And you can all set the V-sync in the config files so stop ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ everyone ... even if the fps is locked at 30 , for me is one of the smoothest i've seen .
