I'm sorry to tell you this but you have been suspended from the platform for cheating. We do not go into specifics of what triggered the detection.

Using the following is deemed to give an unfair advantage and thus will be considered unacceptable and will result in a platform ban:

Cheats/Hacks (including skin changers, cheat loaders/drivers)
External scripting/macros designed to gain an advantage over other players (e.g. No recoil script, ...)
Use of any exploits to bypass the Anti-Cheat protection
Use of any (game) exploits to gain an unfair advantage (e.g. removing textures to see through walls, removing smoke grenades, ...)
Attempts to debug or modify the FACEIT Anti-Cheat
Usage of the Anti-Cheat inside a Virtual Machine
Usage of any methods/software to evade previous bans

Use of such cheats, hacks and third party software is not permitted on FACEIT as part of our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

If you have had any previous cheating bans in the last 2 years, this can also be the reason why you are banned as you are evading it with your new account.

Bans might not always be instant and can be delayed, if you have done anything that is listed above in the past while the Anti-Cheat was running, this can also be the reason why you are banned.

If you have been using any cheats on your PC, and these cheats have modified your OS and/or you have not restarted your PC, there is a high chance that the cheat was still active when you used the AC, in that case you will not be unbanned, as you are responsible for the PC you are using.

Evading this ban on another account will result in that account being banned and the length of this ban being reset to two years.

Your ban has been checked and confirmed as valid, we consider this matter resolved.
