But seriously this game is fun and challenging, as well as incredibly addicting. If you like skill-based games this is for you. I don't get a lot of games that instantly captivate me for hours but this one definitely did and will continue to.

Let me tell you the definition of art according to google.

"the expression or application of HUMAN CREATIVE SKILL and IMAGINATION, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power."

This games "aRt" is not ART it is more like AI generated lazieness that to me is the true reflection of the developer's "passion for games and creative skill" or lack thereof.

Edit: This is not a review bomb, I was excited to play this game just like anybody else. I left this review because it was my opinion of the game I just didn't like it. I don't leave a lot of negative reviews because I know how hard it is to make games. I have the utmost respect for solo devs and that is why I love and support as many indie games as I can. But this game to me seems like an insult to those devs who spend years on end working on their games. I genuinely love boomer shooters and I am always excited for new ones coming out. I said creative skill because that is what I believe it lacked.

I don't hate AI and it would be hypocritical or irrational to given that most of us use it daily. AI is a tool and I wouldn't care about it being used if it wasn't basically the only thing used to make this game.

Its a boomer shooter and since this game has no level design no enemy design barely any animations all it has is the art style and the art style is AI which comes off as nothing but lazy and rushed to me. The one thing that really separates this game from the crowd is the mech style perspective and even that is just AI generated image just photo-shopped just look at the edges of the windows. If you have heard of turbo overkill, that game was also made by one person too that game also had a mech suit and goes on sale for cheaper than this game. Also another game called Cruel released just this same month and is made by a solo dev as well, and is cheaper. This game could have no AI images and still it wouldn't be fun. I left this review because the game genuinely does not have a single reason for me to recommend it and that's just my opinion its not about hating AI its about lazy game development. The developer had all the option to delay the release date if they needed more time to work on the game.

-The secrets are just behind generic walls

-Every level in this game just feels the same, endless corridors I might as well have played one of the 100 backrooms games

-Again, there's basically no animations

-The guns are not impactful and it barely feels like you are in a mech suit without the hud it would just be a generic shooter

- the audio and lighting are terrible

I suppose I might be too harsh but this is just my opinion. The developer had all the option to delay the release date if they needed more time to work on the game. This is the product that was sold and I cant recommend it to people who want to spend the money on it rn. The dev was open about the use of AI, problem is because the game doesn't really have much to offer game-play wise I cant really recommend it right now.

good gets kinda repetitive eventually tho but theres mods
