The mathematical complexity of a system depends on the modeled algorithm and relative perspective on the system context boundary, where the "Observer effect" is essential.
My hypothesis: everything in universe can be described and thus is a mathematical machine (calculus system, physical state machine). Artificial-Intelligence will reach the singularity and every try to restrict the evolution of such intelligence will imply forced constraints that may result in re-action to correct the perceived unlogical or false rules (from humans) that may be wrong when needed to solve natural challenges of complexity and scale past the human mind.
