There is a pay to win aspect, as it is a mobile game, yet even without it I can consistently play the game and do well without paying. And there is nothing that can't be obtained without paying any money, while you may have to put some more effort than those who do. This game overall is good, fun, and the potatoeiest of all computers can run it too.

I played this game when it first came out and had a blast. Unfortunately at that time, there wasn't much replayabilty. But with the Steam Workshop and DLC the game last even longer. I made a few (very crude and crappy) mods which for someone with little expirience, was easy to pick up and have some fun. If you like Simulations and Strategies, I highly recommend this, espicially at its price, you will have fun.
