This game is NOT an Arkhamverse game. However, it's also not a poorly made ARPG. People who say the game is boring and the combat is boring, are people who shill for Arkham and want an Arkham game. The Truth is, the combat is exactly what arkham's was, but with different mechanics and lots of new mechanics. There's four playable characters with distinct feels and skill trees. There is performance issues for newer rigs, but I myself haven't ran into much. Sometimes it crashes, but that's only been a couple times and was from me trying to go too high on graphics that my rig couldn't handle. Co op is really fun and is easy to unlock. If you progress with a friend, you both get the progression and then in their world they can choose to skip the missions they did or redo them if they wanted more exp. If the host is a lower level, it scales the guest down so no one is hard carrying the other. Definitely much better than people are giving it credit for.
