Well I gues I'm never getting the Unfilled Fancy Spellbook Cover, or another haunted scrap.
Apparently past me did get the UFSC but deleted it not realizing its worth.

Thanks Valve, for making non-tradeable and non-marketable Halloween items non-recoverable too.
I feel like limited items like these should have a special warning like "Hey, before deleting this item - know that this is the only one your account is allowed to have, once its gone - you will be unable to obtain a new one."

Or get rid of that stupid restriction - keep the holiday items non-tradeable and non-marketable but have it so that way you can only have 1 of that specific item in your inventory at any time, but if you delete it - you can still obtain a new one through the same event but only on official valve servers so you can't spam them.
