Yes, this game is about programming bots and fighting them. But no, it is way way way more than just that

This game very bluntly showed people just how stupid computers are, and how much work, love, and dedication software engineers put into their work in order to make the stupid computers appear to be smart. And this is just scratching the surface.

If you dig deep into this game, you realize that how well you do in battles isn't 100% based on how good you can code. It's a very time consuming procedure of drafting a strategy, refine it, make tactics based on that strategy, and then execute that tactic using codes. This game puts your problem solving skills to the extream with all of these.

For some, this game is a great platform to showoff and refine their talents in software engineering. For others, this might just act as a wake up call, informing you just how many different calculations your brain handles when you're playing some other games and basically controlling one of the bots in this game. Either way, this game is extreamly benificial, and extreamly fun at the same time.

Building a vehicle, be it a replica, a cosmetic focused fictional build, or simply something that drives all the performance it can get from the physics engine... It is hard, it is time consuming, and it is skill based.
But hey, you can always download a nice looking plane or a crazy fighter that pulls 120G on turns from the website! Like seriously you can download something so big that it nukes your computer.

Edelweiss became utterly useless after a while because it cannot receive R&D upgrades. And most people use the APC as the second vehicle for utility use anyway, so a second tank isn't really all that useful.
The infantry units on the other hand are great in their own ways. Use them well in battles and their potential will come in handy.
Received for free due to buying the game before release. A very solid DLC, and since it comes for free if you buy any other DLC, you should get one. The Two Valkyria is a must buy DLC, and you will get this one as well.

5. Random guy who wants you to attack the D point
6. Random guy who takes damage and crashes in front of the landing strip
7. A newbie who crashed on take-off
8. Another newbie who went head on and dies

10. A fighter on CAS duty
11. An AI named Tetsuo
12. Another AI named Shoji

11/10 Too much salt and С*ка Бли@т, not enough bias

A lot better than the first game, this is an awesome PC port of the game. The way how the mouse is intengrated to a controller controled game is really awesome. It is kind of a proper Third Person Shooting game in a way. Story and gameplay wise is just as good as the first game. I still find it weird that tanks only use 1 CP, but that actually makes some interesting tank-infantry combined warfare.

No enough thrust? Add boosters.
No enough fuel for the added boosters? Add fuel tanks.
No enough thrust to get the additional fuel into orbit? Add more boosters.
No enough fuel for interplanetary voyage? Add more fuel tanks.
No enough thrust for the heavier craft? Add moar boosters.
No enough fuel to return to Kerbin? Add moar fuel tanks.

Repeat until your vessel is working as intended. You get the idea.

Yes, there's not many levels to play with; however, the islands are just a turtorial teaching you how to build properly. The real challenge is the sandbox and the workshop. And that, my friend, is how this game gets infinite content.
