The game has come a long way since I wrote this review and it changed for the better. The economy is a lot better than it was at the time of the boycott. I can't say anything about F2P players since I have a premium account so I don't lose SL due to repair cost. The grind seems to have improved as well.

There are still a lot of issues Gaijin needs to adress. A few of which are volumetric shells and armour, BR compression, and map design/gamemodes. On the topic of gamemodes, I would love to see a bigger variety than just "Cap the point to win" or "Team deathmatch" because that gets boring fast.

Something that Gaijin can't influence directly is people (mostly in premium vehicles) leaving after one or two deaths, that seems to be the fastest way of grinding through a single tech tree. Ground battles also have a big problem with close air support, especially when you get to modern vehicles with percision guided weapons.

All in all I still enjoy playing this game and I like to see Gaijin moving it in a positive direction.
