A persuasive, engaging speaker when well-prepared, but uncomfortable and less effective when asked to speak off-the-cuff. Usually defensive when efforts are criticised – but they nevertheless tries to learn from mistakes. When dressed for the job, personal appearance and dress don’t stand out, but this person is always neat and tidy. When working to a firm but realistic deadline, nativsegal always completes tasks to an adequate standard. Accuracy and neatness may suffer but the outcome is acceptable. Puts in some extra hours to meet the deadline.
