Hello Developers.
You are about to read an (arguably) diabolical review. First of all i want to commend you on the good work you are delivering for the game. It has improved on the first game in many areas and in some other certain areas there have not been any real innovation and improvement. But as it is in development i believe these areas will be tackled later. Yet i believe it prudent for me to explore and suggest some ideas/content which you could add to make the game overall more enjoyable.

I know as of writing this i do not have many hours in the game but i am compelled to write this.

First i want to start with the most tame suggestion; A Whip. Something in the early to mid game to have distance between you and the cannibals. Also cracking a whip in the middle of the night to announce to the savages that you have arrived is just a big baller move. It could knock cannibals down and be a handy tool for combat.

Next i want to talk about the cannibals themselves because i think everything except their AI requires improvement. For example, when i kill every inhabitant in their villages and destroy every building i expect it to be destroyed forever (i am not a psychopath), why else even let us destroy their buildings? It makes no sense for them to stake me up in an abandoned village (I get it is for balance so you are not too far away but just dangle us from a tree)

Now this part is what i am most passionate about. The gore (im not a psychopath) when i beat a cannibal with a skull mace i want his face to be broken, when a cannibal is on the ground begging for mercy (i am not a psychopath) i dont want them to just ragdoll upon death, i think execution animations would go hard, as in splitting their skull open etc. While the cannibals get detailed gorey assets we only get limp bodies and no way to display our most prized kills (not a psychopath). Therefore, i think it would be cool for you to add a noose or meathook build item so we can hang the most fabulous corpses on our walls and strike these savages with terror.
Furthermore, when i have to take time to dismember their corpses (especially the golden guys) i hate that we only get the single boring face asset which we can only mount on a stick pillar. For a game about cannibals and disgusting monsters there are only simple and rudementary ways of asserting your power and dominance. Instead i believe this game should indulge in its darker gorey side, give the player more freedom. I think it is truely a shame that you developers have improved so much of the game but yet kept the cannibal killing aspect the same or (arguably) worse than the previous game.
I get that the ♥♥♥♥ and asses of the female models take priority and that making perky cannibal ♥♥♥♥ takes a lot of resources and time but i believe that you neglect the players that want to commit genocide or who are simply bloodthirsty. So just remember and make sure that you know what to expect from your players. We have a right to display our kills with pride and not present the same models shamefully hanging from a stick contraption (I AM NOT A PSYCHOPATH). I truely and wholeheartedly believe this would take the game to the next level.

I hope that you, Mr. John D. Veloper, heed my words and that you do not neglect a basic yet core mechanic to your game.
