The balance team is one unpaid intern in a dark closet with an excel spread sheet changing numbers based on percentages alone.
The rework team is two "part" time employees working 39.9 hours a week for minimum wage.
The remaining 11 hundred employees are making skins and new chapters at such break-neck speeds they overlook the consequences their additions have on the game as a whole.

This review will change when the devs get off their grindset and focus on reworking, balancing and bug fixing the staggering amount of preexisting content this game has; rather than pumping out new buggy messes for a skeleton crew to clean up later.

An enthralling and beautiful experience for those who can take things slowly, and appreciate a world crafted for them. Inspiring writing, beautiful music and a very real story. Dear Esther deserves the title flagship of Walking Simulators.

Sorry No Mans Sky, but 2.0 pushed this game over the Labor-of-Love-edge

Risk of Rain 2 hands you crowbars, sunglasses, 20 different kinds of space cancer and/or eldritch horrors, enough explosives, ammunition, and unmanned drones to make the Yellowstone super volcano look like a ball pit. Then points you towards the nearest god-king deity.

Oh yeah, and it has mods. So you can do all that as Jinx from League of Legends.

If you listen to Vitality for the rest of your life, you will never die. Prove me wrong.

This was the first game I had ever played on steam, tt was about 5 years ago when I was just a little kid. From then I have moved on, but constantly come back and play all the time just for the team and community aspect. This game has ALWAYS had an amazing community mixture. Spanning from little kids who saw a cool fps game in a YouTube add and downloaded it because it was free (me 5 years ago) to the old boomers who have played the franchise for over a decade and whom many are vets. I, personally, have had very, very, very few experience with truly toxic players. The best way to describe this game is like a family, from the way people interact with each other who have known each other for years and probably met in the very same server they're playing on now, it's a rare site in most games now-a-days. I can not recommend this game enough, just because of the sense of camaraderie with your teammates every match.

Must play if you're a Tomb Raider fan.

If you loved the old PS1 games like me you'll love this. Played it on the Wii and got it on Steam. One of my favorite games ever. The new ones aren't bad but nothing like the puzzle solving and boss fighting of the old days.

(aiming in some stages is pretty frustrating i.e. locking on to things you don't want to shoot)

Just a good old western game where you shoot, explode, kick, and beat a bunch of people on the internet to death.

Just, wow. Hats off, amazing game design.
