After playing until I got 100% on my save file, I can now say this game is not bad but not great either, just average. Many of the puzzles and missions in the open world were repeats of each other or very bland, the only good thing I have to say about the puzzles and missions is maybe the funny name of the mission or the funny line that a npc spews in their dialog during the misson/puzzle. I experienced 4-5 crashes, 3-4 moments where the game refused to load after waiting for 10+ mins, many moments of npcs getting stuck and requiring I restart the puzzle I was doing or moving them in hopes for it to fix itself, and the geonosis factory level and endor open world area for some reason experiencing bad frame drops making them not fun to play around in. I felt disappointed when some major battles from the prequel and original trilogies got left out like the battle of geonosis or the space battle of endor. Overall I feel like if you want to play a average open world game, then go ahead and play this game but I believe this game is very average and you should just go play the older games and stay away from buying this buggy mess of a game.

I would like to start off this review with one of the only positives I have for the game and that is that I like the visuals of the game. My negatives are: The game runs poorly and even though my PC can run other big graphic heavy games just fine. I have clipped through the floor 10+ times when moving between areas, and sometimes when I fell through the floor I would end up 1 or 2 floors below or above the floor I was at. The AI gets stuck sometimes and when I get chased and I go hide, I get killed even though the AI did not see me going into a hiding spot, even when I do get seen while going into a hiding spot, the AI sometimes last second just walks away back to a corner to get stuck. All around the building there are these mall bots that when you run into their line of sight, they cause one of the three main enemies to teleport behind you. This mechanic glitches a lot because I sometimes run into mall bot's line of sight and they do the alarm sound but then nothing happens. The map in this game is so bad because it doesn't label anything on the map with names and the icons that are supposed to be on the map to point out areas you have unlocked, or haven't unlocked doesn't work. I got soft locked in the laser tag room because the game allowed me to go back into the room but didn't let me leave so I had to quit the game and then go back into a earlier save. The game does not have a good saving system because you can't save on the go and have to save at these terminals. The problem with these terminals is they place them too far apart. An example would be I saved at a terminal and then went into the daycare, I had to survive the entire moon man encounter with no save during it, after a few attempts I survived then got to leave the playground part of the daycare, then I got surrounded by the three main robots but I didn't see that Freddy spawned next to me so I ran until I ran out of stamina and then got reset and I had to do the entire moon man part all over. I got past the robots this time with Freddy, then I had to go to a recharge station nearby because If I didn't moon man would kill me, then I finally got to save. The game also doesn't keep items on you after death so if I forgot to save after collecting a key and several collectibles, I would have to get them all over again if I died. The game also doesn't tell what upgrades do, I got 8 upgrades in my run but it didn't tell me what they did to upgrade my stats. I at one point had to go back into basement 1 but I had forgot how to get into basement 1 so I wandered around the building for 1 hour+ just trying to find a way back into basement 1. The mall is pretty dark so a lot of times I missed items or doors because it was too dark to see them. In my first run, I am either soft locked, or I am just missing a item that I can't find because the game has given me no hints on how to find them. I have to find a item to kill gator robot with but the game never gave me a hint of where to find it so I searched the entire mall for 2+ hours and I still can't find either because the room it's in is either still locked with a item I also can't find, or It is just so well hidden that I still can't find even though I search all the rooms in the mall that I possibly could and still could not find it. The game for some reason replays cutscenes over and over again at certain areas after they played, and if you reload a save that you did after the cutscene played, the game plays the cutscene over again if you walk into the area the cutscene happened in. (this doesn't happen with all cutscenes).

The current buggy mess of the release leaves this game with a 3 or 4 out of 10. It is somewhat playable but there are many things still broken or badly designed. Wait for a price drop or just watch someone else play because this game is a unfinished, rushed mess.

This is fun, i hope it gets even better later
